CBSA’s CARM Client Portal and Release Phases

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) continues to accelerate its evolution and modernization through its CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) initiative. Throughout 2021 and 2022, CBSA will unveil Release 1 and 2 of CARM, which will completely transform the agency’s import playbook from trade compliance to risk and information management. 

On May 25th, 2021, Release 1 will launch CBSA’S CARM Client Portal which will facilitate accounting and revenue management processes with CBSA.

  • Decide who your BAM will be and who within your organization will receive access privileges.
  • Grant Delmar with BAM access.
  • Determine whether you will be using a GCKey or Sign-In Partner.
  • Using your BN and RM account information, be prepared to answer affinity questions and validate your business account.
